Manage Jobs
Amphis Customer makes it easy to Create Quotes, Invoices and other history items.
You can also manage Jobs and see at a glance the start and end date, budget, location and history of each Job.
You can filter by job status or the start date for the job or both.

Search Jobs
The Search Jobs form enables you to enter a Job Number to go straight to the Job or you can search by Job Name, Job Description and Job Status.
View Current Jobs
The View Current Jobs form shows the jobs that are in progress including the people assigned to the jobs.
Assign Job to One or More People
A Job can be assigned to one or more people and an Appointment is automatically created for each person. Appointments are visible on the Appointments Calendar and also on the Today View and will be automatically created in Microsoft Outlook if the In Outlook checkbox is ticked.
Outlook Calendar Sharing
If an Email address is stored for a person, and Outlook Calendar Sharing is set up, the Appointment will automatically be created in that person's Shared Calendar in Outlook.
Record Expenses for a Job
You can record expenses for a Job and see at a glance whether the Job is within budget. A Job can be created from a quote at the click of a button with the quote details automatically added to the Job. You can also create an invoice from a quote at the click of a button.
Job Numbers
You can specify the Job number to start at on Setup Page 4.
Link Invoices, Quotes and other documents to Jobs
You can easily Link Invoices, Quotes and other History Entries to Jobs to help manage the work when there can be multiple Jobs per Customer.
Job Control Sheet
This is an example of a Job Control Sheet which can be printed at the click of a button. (It is generated from a Microsoft Word template which can be modified using standard Microsoft Word facilities). Also see Job Sheets.
