If you need to move Amphis Customer Small Business CRM Software to a new PC, follow the instructions below.
Note: If you also plan to upgrade to a new CRM version, you need to first install the Current CRM version you have been using onto your new PC.
Move Amphis Customer Installation to a new PC
Once you are up and running with your Current CRM version on your new PC, then you can upgrade to a newer version.
Upgrade Amphis Customer to a new version
Tip: If you have moved the database or templates/documents from the default location, you will need to copy them back to the default location before performing the upgrade.
Tip: If you are using Replication as a back-up strategy, you will need to apply the upgrade to the Master database not a replica.
