Contacts Management Software / CRM Software Upgrade
If you are using an earlier 3.0 build, you can upgrade to the latest Contacts Database / CRM Software 3.0 build by simply downloading a .zip file and extracting the .exe file to the correct folder. Note: you cannot upgrade from 2.x to 3.0 in this way, to upgrade from 2.x to 3.0 Upgrade from CRM 2.x to 3.0
The support pages will show the current latest version and a link to the .zip file to download.
Simply, go to the Support pages and click on the link to download the .zip file and download it to your desktop.
To do this, click the Save button and specify the Desktop as the destination and click Save.
Now double-click the corresponding .zip file icon on your desktop and extract the .exe file to your desktop.
Then copy the .exe to c:\program files\amphis software\amphis customer v3.0 and replace the existing Amphis Customer.exe
(On a 64-bit PC, the folder will be c:\program files (x86)\amphis software\amphis customer v3.0)
Now when you run Amphis Customer in the normal way, you will be running the new version. Go to the Help->Help About menu option to check the version you are now running.
