CRM Software Appointments

The Appointments View shows all the appointments for a 6 week period so you can easily see which dates are free for making new appointments.

When creating an appointment you can easily see the existing appointments and click a date to select it as the start date for the new appointment.

Also, on the Amphis Customer Today View you can see Reminders for Today (or any date you specify) including Appointments, Tasks, Quotes and Invoices you need to create, Emails you need to send etc.

The Today View is customizable so you can display just those Reminders that are relevant to your business.

The Appointments and Tasks can be shown just for Today (or the specified day) so you can concentrate on Tasks and Appointments for a single day, or they can be shown for the whole week.
