Invoicing Software for Small Businesses
With Invoicing Software you can easily create Invoices and Quotes and track Invoice Payments.
You can easily create free-form quotes or invoices by entering paragraphs of text with a price for each. The sales taxes and totals are calculated for you and the quotes and invoices are created as Microsoft Word documents at the click of a button. All the customer details including name and address are automatically filled in and you can modify the templates in Microsoft Word to use your own logo, wording and fonts etc.
You can also create quotes and invoices by selecting items from a database along with the quantity for each. Items can have a cost price and a sale price so you can easily see the profit per item and the total profit.
Discounts can be applied to individual lines of the Quote or Invoice or they can be applied to the entire Quote or Invoice. Discounts can be a percentage of the price or a fixed discount amount.
Example Invoice and Quote using "original" Templates
Amphis Customer comes supplied with 3 sets of Invoice and Quote templates and you can easily edit these using Microsoft Word or create your own. These examples use the "original" templates and a header and footer has been added to each to show the company logo and address details.

Example Invoice and Quote using "formal" Templates
Here is an example free-form Invoice and an example itemized Quote using the "formal" templates.
For the free-form Invoice, the user enters one or more paragraphs and a price for each paragraph. The totals and taxes are automatically calculated and the customer details are automatically added.
For the itemized Quote, the user selects items from a Parts Database and enters a Quantity for each. Discounts can be applied per line or to the entire Invoice. The Default Price and Discount Percent columns are optional. The totals and taxes are automatically calculated and the customer details are automatically added.
Print or Email Quotes and Invoices
You can Print the Quotes and Invoices along with Address Labels or Envelopes. Or you can Email them as Word documents or as PDF files (requires Word 2007 or a later version) at the click of a button.
Invoices are automatically tracked and any Overdue Invoices appear in Red on a Today View where you can access the Customer Record at the click of a button.
You can print or Email a Payment Reminder at the click of a button showing the total amount, any payments received and the amount outstanding. You can also generate a Customer Statement showing all Invoices and Payments Received.
