Amphis Customer CRM Software is designed so it can be used by multiple users on a network. Customer records or documents created or updated by one user are visible to all the users of the software.
All that is required to set this up is to move the database (customer.mdb), Documents folder and Templates folder to a shared folder that all the PCs can access. This doesn't require a powerful server, just a shared folder that all the PCs can access. Then on each PC you go into Tools->Configuration and change the location that the software uses for the database and for the Documents and Templates folders so that all the clients share the same database and folders.
Amphis Customer runs on each client PC. It doesn't run on a server. A client PC can be a desktop or a laptop as long as it runs Microsoft Windows. A license is needed for each client PC.
Add more users any time
You can add more users at any time by installing Amphis Customer on additional client PCs and going into Tools->Configuration to point them at the shared location for the database and folders.
