Amphis Customer v3.0 Small Business CRM Software automatically detects if you have the previous version v2.6 installed and asks you if you want to import data from v2.6 into v3.0.

Upgrade Amphis Customer standalone installation from v2.6 to v3.0
Upgrade networked Amphis Customer installation from v2.6 to v3.0 (ie client PCs connecting to a shared database on a server)
Tip: If you have moved the v2.6 database or templates/documents from the default location, you will need to copy them back to the v2.6 default location before performing the upgrade.
Tip: If you are using Replication as a back-up strategy, you will need to apply the upgrade to the Master database not a replica.
If you have not upgraded to v2.6 yet, you can install v2.6 and use the following
menu option to import data from your current version.
Simply select the menu option relevant to the version you are currently using and your data, templates and documents will be imported into Amphis Customer. Then you can upgrade to v3.0 using the automatic detection.
