How to change CRM Software Configuration
If you want to change the CRM Software Configuration, perhaps store the database and documents in a shared folder on a network, we have made this much easier to achieve using Amphis Customer CRM Software.
You can view the CRM Software Configuration from the Tools->Configuration menu and you can now also change the CRM Software Configuration by simply clicking a button and browsing to the new file locations. (If you don't see this option, you'll need to upgrade for free to the latest version - see Upgrade CRM Software)
For the database, you can simply click Change and browse to the new location. You can click the Test Connection button to test that you can successfully connect to the database in the new location.
For the documents, templates, exports and reports folders you can click Change and browse to the new location. Then you can test the permissions at the new location by clicking Test Permissions.
