Today View - Reminders, Appointments and Tasks

Amphis Customer makes it easy to stay organized by showing you at a glance the important information about your day.

It shows you who you need to be calling today. At the click of a button you can access the customer record and click to call using Skype.

It shows you anyone you are expecting to call you today so you can be prepared when the phone rings and access their customer record with one click.

Any Emails you need to send are shown and any Quotes or Invoices you need to prepare.

Invoices that you have sent to your customers are shown so when you receive payment you can navigate to the customer record with one click. Any invoices that are overdue are shown in red.

Tasks and Appointments are shown linked to the customer record.

The Today View can be customized from Options->Preferences so you can choose not to display any of the Reminders that are not relevant to your business, hence leaving more room to display the Reminders that are relevant to your business.

You can display any of the reminders that are relevant to you and leave out any that are not relevant. Here's an example showing only the Email Reminders.
