A client of ours was running a trial of our Small Business CRM Software on 2 separate PCS and on both PCS he was getting the error
The server threw an exception HRESULT RPC_E_SERVERFAULT 0x80010105
which we had never seen before.
Amphis Customer Small Business CRM uses Word 2003 or a later version to generate Invoices, Quotes, Job Sheets, Customer Letters etc. The client was using Office 2007 on one PC and had Office 2003 as well as Office XP (2002) installed on the other PC.
We suggested uninstalling Office 2003 and Office XP and then reinstalling Office 2003.
Uninstalling Office XP fixed the problem on one PC. On the other PC, the client disabled Approve It Addin for Word and that fixed the other PC.
