Add email address to safe senders list so emails don't end up in spam folder.


The Problem

Occasionally clients don't receive emails that we send.


Background

Sometimes our emails are automatically sent to the client's spam email folder and sometimes they are blocked in such a way that the client doesn't even get to see them at all as they don't even end up in the spam folder. This is obviously frustrating for everyone as the client thinks we aren't replying to their emails or sending their license string, and we are sending multiple emails which the client doesn't receive.


The Solution

The solution is to add our domain amphis-software.com to your safe sender list in Outlook.

On the Tools menu, click Options. On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail. Click the Safe Senders tab. Click Add. Type amphis-software.com and click OK

If you still don't receive emails from us, there may be some third party software that is blocking our emails. Please try emailing us from a separate account eg a Hotmail account. We normally reply to all genuine emails and we normally send license strings within a few hours.
