Invoicing Software Quote and Invoice Templates
Support for Multiple Quote and Invoice Templates

Invoicing Software
Amphis Customer generates Quotes, Invoices, Customer Letters, Reminders, Job Sheets etc as Word documents and there is a Document Template for each type of document.
The Templates themselves are also Word documents and you can easily Edit the Word Templates to change the wording and layout of documents produced, add a company logo and business details etc. Just select Tools->Maintain Templates to get to the list of templates you can edit.
Support for Multiple Templates
Amphis Customer supports multiple Quote and Invoice templates and comes with 3 different styles of templates for Free-form Quotes, Itemized Quotes, Free-form Invoices and Itemized Invoices. These styles are called "blue", "formal" and "original". The "original" templates are the ones that were supplied with Amphis Customer when it only supported a single template.
(Free-form Quotes and Invoices consist of a number of free-text paragraphs with a price for each paragraph, with the Total and any Sales Taxes applied. Itemized Quotes and Invoices have Items added from a Products Database, with the Total and any Sales Taxes applied).
When creating a Quote or an Invoice, you can select one of the templates to use.
If you don't like the way a particular template looks, you can simply edit the Quote or Invoice and select a different template.
Editing Invoice Templates
From Tools->Maintain Templates, you can select a template type eg Free-form Quote and view the 3 different templates available. You can create new templates in Microsoft Word, edit the existing templates or delete template. If you prefer one style over the others, you can simply delete the other templates.
