Amphis Customer CRM Software makes it easy to create quotes and invoices and maintain your contacts. You can also create Jobs and organize the customer history by Job. Jobs have a status, start/end date, budget and location as well as a description of the Job.
You can record expenses for a Job and see at a glance whether the Job is within budget.
A Job can be created from a quote at the click of a button, with the quote details automatically added to the job which saves you having to manually enter details. An invoice can also be created from a quote at the click of a button.
If you prefer, you can also automatically create a Job Sheet when creating a quote or invoice, just by ticking a Create Jobsheet tickbox. The Job Sheet contains all the quote or invoice details except for the prices.
