Amphis Customer CRM Software makes it easy to create quotes and invoices and maintain your contacts. You can also create Jobs and organize the customer history by Job. Jobs have a status, start/end date, budget and location as well as a description of the Job.
We are currently (March 2011) adding Job Costing functionality and Job Sheets so that you can record expenses and hours worked for a Job.
For a Time and Materials Job, you'll be able to invoice the customer for the time and materials.
For a Fixed Price Job, you'll be able to see at a glance whether the Job is within budget.
This will help you to see which Jobs are profitable and help you to produce more accurate quotes for future jobs.
