Amphis Customer CRM Software makes it easy to create Quotes and Invoices, track customer payments, send Payment Reminders, manage your Email etc. Customer details are stored in an Access database (or you can use SQL Server if you prefer) on a stand-alone laptop or PC, or you can store the database on a network server and access the data from several client PCs on a network.
Amphis WebCRMView is a FREE Web CRM application for viewing Amphis Customer records over the internet or an intranet using a web browser eg Internet Explorer. Amphis WebCRMView provides read-only browser access to Customer Details that are stored in an Amphis Customer Database. The idea is that you can use Amphis Customer to store Customer Details in the Database, and you can view Customer Details in a browser as well as using Amphis Customer. Depending on how you configure your network, you can access Customer Details within the office intranet or even over the public internet. This provides Free Web Access to Customer Details stored in an Amphis Customer Database.
Please note: Amphis WebCRMView only provides read-only access to Customer Details, you still need to use Amphis Customer to create or edit Customer Details.
Please note that Amphis WebCRMView runs on a Microsoft Windows Web Server with the Microsoft .Net Framework installed. It will not run on Linux or any version of Unix.
