If you haven't already done so, please take a look at the Installation Instructions
Go to Control Panel, Programs and Features. (On Vista, click Classic View to see this option, on XP this option is called Add or Remove Programs).
And check that Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 is listed.
If it isn't listed, please take a look at the Installation Instructions for information on installing it.
Go to Control Panel, Programs and Features. (On Vista, click Classic View to see this option, on XP this option is called Add or Remove Programs).
Click Turn Windows features on or off (on XP this is called Add/Remove Windows Components)
Ensure that Internet Information Services is ticked. Click the + to expand Internet Information Services and tick the other three check boxes
(On XP, you need to tick Internet Information Services and click Details, then ensure that World Wide Web Service and the other options in the picture below are ticked).

You should see this. At the top left will be the name of your PC. Then if you click + to expand the folders you should see Sites (on XP it's called Web Sites). On Vista you'll also see Application Pools. If you expand (Web) Sites, you should see Default Web Site. If you select Default Web Site, you should see the files listed on the right including Home.aspx
On XP, it looks like this...
(If you see the Default Web Site, but when you select it, you don't see the files on the right hand side, please click on the Installation Instructions and download the .zip file again and extract the files in the .zip file to c:\inetpub\wwwroot - then go to the c:\inetpub\wwwroot folder and check that the files have been extracted there. You should see home.aspx, web.config, viewcustomer.aspx etc )
Go to Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs (Programs and Features if you are using Vista), click on Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1, click Change/Remove and then click the Repair option and click Next.
Select the Default Web Site, right-click and select Properties
Click on the ASP.Net tab and select v2 from the drop-down list.

if you don't see Amphis WebCRMView, please switch off friendly HTTP errors in Internet Explorer by going to Tools->Internet Options, click on the Advanced Tab, and then under Browsing, please untick Show friendly HTTP error messages and then click OK.
This allows Internet Explorer to display the real error instead of showing something like "sorry, your request failed" which doesn't help us solve the problem. Then right-click on Home.aspx again and click Browse and see if it displays an error message.
Also, please check Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer. Click on Windows Logs, then click on Application and see if there are any Error or Warning entries where the source is ASP.Net or Microsoft .Net Framework.
