Export contacts to iPhone or other SmartPhone

   

You can export your contacts from Amphis Customer Contacts Database Software to your iPhone or other smartphone via Outlook. Here are the steps you can take to make your Contacts easily available on your iPhone or other smartphone wherever you are.

In Amphis Customer, go to Tools->Export to SmartPhone and click Export Contacts to CSV File to create a CSV file containing all your contacts. Make a note of where the file is saved and copy it to your Desktop (and maybe rename it too) so you can easily find it.

Next we can import the Contacts into Outlook. Select File->Import and Export...

Select Import from another program or file

Select Comma separated values (Windows)

Browse to the desktop to locate your CSV file and select Replace duplicates with items imported

Select the destination as Contacts

Check the settings and click Finish.

Now your contacts have been exported from Amphis Customer to Outlook, you can sync them to your iPhone or other smartphone.

To sync your contacts from Outlook to your iPhone you can use iTunes. Transfer contacts from Outlook to iPhone
