Amphis Customer makes it easy to Send Standard Customer Emails at the click of a button, store Customer Emails in the Customer History, and reply to Customer Emails with Standard Email Replies.

You can simply drag and drop a Customer Email into Amphis Customer and a new Customer Record is created or the existing Customer Record is displayed.

Edit Email Template

Email Templates can be created/edited from Tools->Maintain Templates. Some example Email Templates are provided and you can click Create New Template to create a new template. Rather than starting with a blank template, this copies the first one in the list so you have something to work with.

If you select a template and click Edit Template, the template is opened in Notepad where it can be edited. Email Templates use HTML syntax with the power of HTML formatting to enable you to create attractive Emails. The Emails can also use CRM Tags to display information from the Customer Details. The following tags can be used in the Email Templates.

Here is an example Email Template that uses HTML for formatting and a custom field custom1 from the Amphis Customer Custom tab.

And here is how it looks when the Email is created. Note that it uses the subject and attachment specified in the Email Template and it uses the value of Custom1 from the Custom Tab for the selected Customer Record. Also the Outlook signature is automatically added.

Send Email Using Email Template

On the Customer History tab you can select an Email template from the list and click Send Email to send an Email using the Email Template or reply to an Email using an Email Template. You can also Email Merge by selecting a Group of Contacts and selecting an Email Template to use.
