Amphis Customer CRM Software Installation
Amphis Customer runs on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8 (not Windows 8 RT). To install it, just click here to download the msi installation file amphiscustomer.msi
Click Save or Save As to save the file to your desktop and then double-click on the amphiscustomer.msi file to run it. Or you can right-click on the file and select Install.
If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer you may see this which enables you to select Save or Save As to save the file and then select Run to run the msi file to install the software.
If you use Google Chrome you may see this. Just click the amphiscustomer.msi button to run the msi file to install the software.

Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0
Amphis Customer requires the Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0 to be installed. If you don't have the Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0 installed, you can download it from here and install it. If you are not sure, don't worry, when you install Amphis Customer it will tell you if you don't have the Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0 installed.
If you are using Windows XP, you may need to install Windows XP Service Pack 3 in order to install the Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0. When you attempt to install the Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0, it will tell you if you need to install other software.
Font Size and DPI
Our software is designed to work at the default DPI of 96DPI also known as Smaller or 100% and a screen resolution of 1024 by 768 pixels or more. Many PCs and laptops are now sold with the DPI set to a higher level of 125% which will affect how buttons and text appear on the screen. Amphis Customer buttons and text will not fit correctly on forms if the PC DPI is set to 125% but this is easily fixed by changing the DPI back to the Default of 96 DPI. See DPI Settings for how to change this back to the default.
To check your screen resolution, right-click the mouse over a blank area of the screen, and select Screen Resolution. Or on Windows Vista select Personalize and then click Display Settings.
Please note that our evaluation software is sensitive to changes to the system date. Please ensure that the date is set correctly before installing our software.
