CRM Custom Status - Custom Group - Custom Field
You can customize Amphis Customer to store information specific to your business. This includes setting up Custom Groups, Custom Statuses for Customers and Custom Fields.
CRM Custom Groups
On the Mail Merge menu if you select Maintain Groups, you can click Create Group to create Groups and then you can assign one or more customers to each group. This enables you to perform Mail Merge operations, Email Marketing or sending Bulk SMS Messages to Groups of customers at a time. Or you can use Groups to differentiate one set of customers from another, perhaps by location. For example you could have a South West group and a South East group.
From Tools->Maintain Customers you can assign multiple Customers to a group in one go. Or alternatively, you can click the Group button at the bottom of the Create/Edit Customer Record form to assign a single Customer Record to one or more groups.
CRM Customer Statuses
If you click the Customer Status button (with the ellipsis ...)
and then click Maintain Lookup Data...
you can add your own Customer Statuses or remove any you don't need. (You can maintain other data such as Contact Titles or Job Statuses in the same way).
When searching for Customer Records you can search for all Groups and all Statuses or you can select a specific Group and/or a specific Status to search for. For example you can search for all customers with a last name of Jackson in the South West group with a Customer Status of Sales Lead.
CRM Custom Fields
You can change some of the Standard Fields from Options->Customize Standard Fields - see Custom Fields
and there is also the Custom tab where you can create your own custom fields, dropdowns and date pickers - see Custom Fields
