CRM Software Reminders

With Amphis Customer CRM Software you can easily create Reminders to help you stay organized. Reminders can be for specific jobs you need to perform such as creating a quote or invoice, sending an Email or calling a client. You can also create tasks and appointments.

You can create a single reminder or a weekly, monthly or yearly reminder. The reminders can also be linked to Microsoft Outlook so you can be prompted by an Outlook Reminder as well.

On the Amphis Customer Today View you can see the Reminders for Today (or any date you specify) and the view is customizable so you can display just those Reminders that are relevant to your business.

The Appointments and Tasks can be shown just for Today (or the specified day) so you can concentrate on Tasks and Appointments for a single day, or they can be shown for the whole week.
