Requirements

Amphis Customer works on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. If you would like to create documents eg Quotes and Invoices, you'll also need Microsoft Word 2003 or a later version. If you have Microsoft Word 2007 or later, you can also create documents as PDF files. Amphis Customer can also integrate with Microsoft Outlook 2003 or a later version.

You can Download a Free 30 Day Trial of our CRM Software. This is the fully working software except that it is limited to 30 days and 30 customer records. You can use it as a single user or you can set it up as multiple users sharing the database and documents as part of the trial. See Multi-user trial

Note: Some virus checkers including Kaspersky and F-Secure may block Amphis Customer from running so you may need to Add Amphis Customer as a trusted application in order for it to run.

Use the software for Free for 30 days

You can use the software for Free for 30 days to see if you like it. You don't need to register your details or give us any information. Just download and install the software and try it out for yourself.

Evaluation Screen

You'll see an evaluation screen telling you there are 30 days of the trial left. Just click Continue Evaluation. Then there are 4 simple setup pages to enter the name of your business and enter any sales tax details. You can go back into the Setup pages any time from the Options->Setup menu so don't worry if you are not sure what to enter on those pages yet.

License String

You only need a license string if you want to continue to use the software after the 30 days trial.

If you want to buy a CRM Software license

If you wish to continue using Amphis Customer CRM Software after the initial 30 day Free Trial, you need to purchase one or more licenses for the software. The licenses can be purchased online Purchase CRM Licenses

How to get your license string

When you install the software on a PC, a serial number is automatically created. If you purchase a license and then run Amphis Customer and click the Get License String button or menu to send us your serial number, we will return the corresponding license string once we have received the payment. You can then click Register License and enter the license string to fully license the software.

When you purchase a license you do not need to re-install any software. You keep all the customer records you have created and any templates you have set up. If you want to Delete any test data you can select Delete Customer from the Customer Menu.
