Display Settings and Screen Resolution
Screen Resolution
Our software is designed to work at a screen resolution of 1024x768 or higher. To check your screen resolution, go to Control Panel->Personalization. Click on Display Settings. On Windows 7, click Control Panel->Appearance and Personalization. Then under the Display icon, click Adjust Screen Resolution.
You'll see the resolution like this. It needs to be set to 1024x768 or higher.
Screen DPI
The font size (DPI) also affects how the software pages fit on your screen. Our software is designed to be displayed on the Default setting of 96 DPI - see Display Settings DPI
If you change the resolution to 1024x768 or higher and change the DPI to 96 (100%), the pages and text should fit correctly on your screen. If you still have problems, please contact support@amphis-software.com.
