Amphis Customer CRM Software supports Credit Notes which enables you to allocate credit to a customer and print or Email them a Credit Note. A Credit Note can be used as Payment towards an Invoice.

Create Credit Note

Here we create a Credit Note for Invoice 300508 because the goods were not supplied and fitted exactly as ordered.

Example Credit Note

Here is an example Credit Note. This could be emailed to a client as a PDF file. The Credit Note template is a simple Microsoft Word document so the layout of the Credit Note and the wording and fonts etc can easily be changed using standard Microsoft Word facilities.

Pay Invoice with Credit Note

You can use a Credit Note to pay an Invoice. On the Create Receipt form you can choose which Credit Note to use.
