Create Receipt

Amphis Customer CRM Software is designed to make it easy to create Quotes and Invoices for your customers. When you receive a payment, you can simply go to the customer record, click the Customer History tab and Click Create Receipt to create a Receipt for the amount received.

Or alternatively, from the Search Results page, select the Customer and click Create Receipt

Here you enter the amount received, how the payment was made, and allocate it to one or more Invoices by entering the amount next to one or more Invoices. The status for the Invoice(s) is then automatically set to either Paid or Part Paid depending on whether the amount received has fully paid the outstanding balance.

CRM Software Supports Any Currency

You can display the receipt in order to Print it or Email it to the Customer as a Word Document or as a PDF File (requires Word 2007 or a later version).

Invoice Status

If an Invoice is paid in full, the Invoice Status automatically changes to Paid in Full which is shown on the Customer Account tab of the Customer Details page. If an Invoice is only partly paid and there is still a balance outstanding then the Invoice Status automatically changes to Part Paid.

Payments Received

The Customer Account tab shows all Payments received for each Invoice as well as the Invoices Total, Receipts Total and Total Balance Outstanding.

Overdue Invoices

Any overdue Invoices are automatically set to a status of Overdue and they will be shown in red. At the click of the Payment Reminder button you can create a Payment Reminder to post or Email to the client. The Payment Reminder shows the Invoice Date and Invoice Amount, any Payments already received and the outstanding balance. You can have a number of different Payment Reminder templates (created in Microsoft Word) for the different severities of Payment Reminder you may wish to send.

Today View

The Today View automatically shows all Invoices which are Due as well as any which are Overdue in red. You can access the corresponding Customer Record at the click of a button.

Invoice Reports

From the Reports menu you can easily view all Outstanding Invoices or all Overdue Invoices and access each corresponding Customer Record or the Invoice document at the click of a button.
