Create Quotes or Invoices in seconds

Amphis Customer was designed to make it easy to Create Quotes and Invoices. Simply select a customer and click Create Quote or Create Invoice. If you want to Create an Invoice from an existing Quote, click Invoice from Quote.

You can create free-form or itemised Quotes and Invoices. A free-form Quote or Invoice lets you type any number of paragraphs with optional headers, and you can assign a price for each paragraph like this. (Amphis Customer CRM Software support all major currencies eg $ dollars, £ pounds sterling, € euros etc)

Quote or Invoice price calculated for you

Amphis Customer adds up the price for each paragraph, adds the sales tax and creates the Quote or Invoice as a Word document with all the Customer Details, your company logo and address. All the hard work is done for you. You can also Email the Quote or Invoice as a PDF file straight from Amphis Customer at the click of a button. (If you don't want a quote total calculated, then you can choose not to display a total eg if the customer would either choose one option or another but not both).

Itemized Quotes or Invoices

You can also Create Itemized Quotes or Itemized Invoices where the parts are selected from a Parts Database. You can add a list of items that you sell to the Parts Database and then Create a Quote or Create an Invoice by selecting items from the Parts Database. You can also add labor charges, discounts, shipping etc. The Quote or Invoice is automatically created as a Word document with the Customer Details and your company logo and information.

Invoice Payment Tracking and Payment Reminders

For Invoices, the amount of the Invoice is added to the customer outstanding balance and the payment is automatically tracked. A Payment Reminder can be automatically created at the click of a button.

Quote Templates and Invoice Templates

Quote and Invoices are generated from Document Templates which are Word documents that you can edit to add your logo, company name and address etc. You can also change the fonts, colors etc and add your preferred wording.
