When we designed Amphis Customer we wanted to make it very quick and easy to create free-text and also itemised Quotes and Invoices.
When you Create a Quote or Create an Invoice, the Customer Details are filled in for you, the totals and sales taxes are calculated for you, and the formatting is generated from a customizable template. All you have to worry about is the price for the Quote and the words to describe it.

This example is a free-text quote where you enter one or more paragraphs of text and a price for each paragraph. You can also Create Itemized Quotes and Create Itemized Invoices by selecting items from an Items Database.
Amphis Customer supports any currency eg dollars ($), euros (€), pounds sterling (£). This example uses pounds sterling.

Once your Customer Details are in Amphis Customer, you can Create Quotes and Invoices in seconds, set up Reminders to help you get organized eg Quotes and Invoices we need to create. You can Manage Your Email and run reports eg Monthly Sales Totals or Overdue Invoices.
