First make sure you have a backup of the database. Then click Browse to navigate to the Microsoft Access Database.
Then click Compact and Repair
The Microsoft Access Database is compacted and repaired to create a new time-stamped Microsoft Access Database leaving the original intact.
You can then compare the size of the original and the compacted dataabse. You can move the original somewhere safe and rename the new file the same as the original.
