You can easily create Appointments in Amphis Customer and they are visible in the Customer History for the customer and on the Appointments View which shows Appointments for the current month. Also they are visible on the Today View which shows Reminders, Appointments and Tasks for today or a selected date.
You can also easily send an Appointment Reminder to your customer to remind them of the Appointment date and time.
Create Appointment Reminder Email
To do this you simply select an Appointment in the Customer History with a left-click and then right-click on it to display a pop-up menu. You just need to select Create Appointment Reminder Email.
You can choose which Email template to use and the Appointment Reminder Email is automatically created for you with the customer details and the date and time of the appointment.
The Appointment Reminder Email is automatically added to the Customer History for the customer.
Send Bulk Appointment Reminder Emails, SMS Messages or Letters
To send Appointment Reminders to many customers at a time you can use the Appointments Reminders facility on the Mail Merge menu.
Here you can view Appointments from 1 day to 90 days in the future and you can send an Appointment Reminder to all the corresponding Customers at the click of a button. So that you don't send too many Appointment Reminders you can select to not send to any Customers you have sent Appointment Reminders to recently.
