Control access to certain functionality in the UI
You may find that some functionality in our CRM Software is not relevant to your business and you may find it useful to switch off this functionality so you don't see it.
Or you may want junior members of your team to not see certain information in your CRM Database or not be able to perform certain actions.
In Amphis Customer there is an Access Control form which controls which parts of the UI are available to a specific user. This is set up per PC.
This facility is available from the Options->Access Control menu.
You can restrict access to the Customer History tab, Customer Account, Jobs and Custom tabs. You can also prevent a user from creating Quotes and Invoices, Deleting customers and accessing the Reports menu.
You can optionally set a password to restrict further changes.
